CHI SHING SO sells two kinds of device that people use without thinking much about them: the scale in the bathroom and the speaker in the corner of the room. Both are easy to get wrong. A scale can be consistent one day and two kilos off the next, and a speaker can sound fine in a shop and thin on a balcony. We test for the second case, not the first.
Every scale is checked against a calibration weight across its full range, and the app is paired and unpaired twice before listing. Every speaker is run at maximum volume for an hour to watch for distortion and battery sag, then splashed to confirm its water rating. Units that drift, rattle or lose a pairing are returned to the supplier instead of being sold at a discount.
Orders ship from Central within one to two business days, tracked. Each product carries a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing faults, returns are accepted within thirty days, and support is answered by the person who tested the unit, usually within one business day.
